Self-Exclusion

Blue Connectivity B.V., the operator of this website, has a protection plan with the objective of recognising and protecting consumers who may not understand the nature of the services on this website. The protection plan means that Blue Connectivity B.V. recognises, by means of an automated process, whether a user of this website (hereafter: "User") spends more than a certain threshold. In such a case Blue Connectivity B.V. will clearly inform these Users once again about the nature of the service and the possibility of requesting a voluntary ban on access. The User can then submit a request for an access ban.

A moderator may also make a report if he suspects that a User does not understand the nature of the service that he is purchasing through this website. These Users are again clearly informed of the nature of the service in question and the possibility of requesting a voluntary access ban. The User may then also submit a request for an access ban.

Entirely on the User's own initiative, as well as by third parties, for example a relation or agency, an access ban for the User can be requested. The disclaimer on the home page of this website therefore refers to this document to draw the attention of the consumer and third parties to this. Such a request must be submitted by e-mail to support@discreethookups.co.uk stating the details of the User so that Blue Connectivity B.V. can correctly identify the relevant consumer. Blue Connectivity B.V. will subsequently check and honor the request and inform the User by e-mail, as well as any third parties involved in the technical operation of this website and for whom the access ban is also relevant in order to effect this for the User.

An access ban that has been granted is irreversible and lasts for 12 months. An access ban means that both the consumer's IP address and e-mail address can no longer be accessed.
