To interact with profiles on this website you need credits. One sent chat message costs 1 credit. Sending a “flirt” also costs 1 credit. Credits are purchased in advance via the website. Before you pay we always show the total price including VAT and any additional charges (where applicable).
Important: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

After a successful payment you can view profile photos and use advanced search without extra costs. Sending chat messages and flirts consumes credits as shown above. Support requests from paying users may be handled with priority. Buying credits does not grant unlimited messaging; usage depends on your remaining credits.
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of credits without giving any reason. Because credits are a digital service you can use immediately, we ask at checkout for your consent to start the service right away. Once delivery starts (for example when paid features are activated or credits are used), the right to cancel is lost for the part already delivered. Any unused credits will be refunded pro-rata.
Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal request via the same payment method where possible. If that is not possible, you may provide an IBAN/bank account for the refund.
Each credit entitles you to send one message within 90 days. Credits are consumed oldest first. Unused credits expire after 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The service is for adults (18+) only. This website provides a paid chat entertainment service with fictional profiles; arranging in-person meetings is not the purpose. See the terms and conditions for full details.
Payments are processed in GBP (or AUD/CAD/EUR where shown). Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or other fees according to their terms.
