All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on discreethookups.co.uk were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.
Blue Connectivity B.V. (“Operator”), the operator of discreethookups.co.uk, is not a “producer” (primary or secondary) of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. §230(c), the Operator’s activities are limited to the transmission, hosting, storage, editing and distribution of content supplied by third parties.
The Operator may remove any content at its sole discretion if such content is deemed obscene, unlawful, defamatory, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of applicable law or the Operator’s Terms & Conditions.
With regard to visual content appearing on this website for which the Operator may be considered a producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §2256, if any, such content is either:
1. Exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because the visual depictions do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv);
OR
2. In the event any visual depiction is deemed non-exempt, all individuals depicted were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
